Radiators for oil immersed transformers according to EN 50216-6 (previously DIN 42559) manufactured in the following types:
FG with square flanges and elements of equal length
FR with square flanges and lowered upper header
RG without flanges and elements of equal length
Elements width 520 mm pitch 45 mm, in cold rolled steel thickness of 1 or 1.2 mm
Lenght from 800 to 3500 mm
No. of elements from 2 to 36.
Welded cold drawn tubes headers
Air vent and draining devices, lifting lugs, stiffeners
Leakage test at a pressure of 200 kPa (2 bar) under water
Vacuum resistant
Elements beveled on request: on the right (R), on the left (L), on the right and left (R+L)
Expandable radiators on request
Internal surfaces washed by forced and filtered circulation of transformer oil or oil resistant painted
External surface protection according to ISO 12944:
a) Shotblasting,degreasing, phosphating and painting with one or two pack water borne paints. Cationic Epoxy Electrocoat primer (KTL) on request
b) Hot dip galvanized coating according to ISO 1461
c) Hot dip galvanized coating with further degreasing, phosphating and painting (a + b).
